While the 3D 18K hitting surface is stronger and able to add spin regardless of launch angle, it is also lighter. This allows Diadem to better control the 8-ounce average weight of the Edge 18K paddle. A 16mm (0.63″) thick honeycomb polymer core backs up the impressive hitting surface with an expansive sweet spot, dampened sound, and plenty of feedback. Meanwhile, the compact 5″ long handle allows you to reload quickly near the kitchen, and strike everything from passing shots to overhead put-aways smack dab in the middle of the generous sweet spot.
